At Mehar Art and Craft Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting, inspecting, and packaging every product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handcrafted and customized furniture, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Products purchased under clearance sale or special discount offers
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
  • Natural variations in color, texture, or grain, which are inherent to handcrafted furniture

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or an unboxing video. Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, as applicable

Unboxing videos are mandatory for damage-related claims.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
  3. Once approved, the product must be securely packed for pickup or shipping
  4. After inspection at our facility, the return will be processed

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or damage from our side, we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement
  • Once the product is dispatched or production has started (in case of custom orders), cancellation may not be possible
