1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 (Seven) days from the date of successful delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or alteration by the customer.

Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or made-to-order furniture.
Personalized products.
Products damaged due to customer negligence or misuse.
Products without original packaging.
Products assembled, modified, or repaired by the customer.
Clearance, discounted, or final sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Return Shipping Charges

For returns due to customer preference (such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer required), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

If the return is approved because:

Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Transit damage
Missing parts

then Mehar Art & Crafts will bear the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup wherever service is available.

6. Product Inspection

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality team.

If the returned product meets our return eligibility criteria, the refund or replacement process will begin.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, it may be shipped back to the customer.

7. Refund Policy

After successful inspection and approval:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used while placing the order.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 Business Days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges, installation charges, and any other service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects
Wrong item delivered
Transit damage
Missing parts
Product received in unusable condition

Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customized or made-to-order furniture orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.

Natural variations in wood are not considered manufacturing defects.
