4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched or production has not started.
  • Once the order is shipped or manufacturing begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
